to show you Home Remedies for Arthritis, Arthritis is an inflammation of the joints
and it mostly occurs in old age. The main symptoms are pain and stiffness in the different joints
of the body. Take a quarter cup of water, and add some black
sesame seeds to it. Soak these overnight and drink it first thing in the morning.

Cut a medium-sized potato into thin slices
without peeling the skin and put these slices in a cup of water and\ d soak them
overnight. Drink this water early in the morning on an empty stomach. Take a cup of warm water, mix 1 teaspoon
