is always easy and delish. Today we're gonna show you how to make the
famous Cabbage Soup Diet recipe, which only has 6 grams of net carbs and 70 calories per
cup. That's right! Well, this soup is gluten-free, vegetarian,
and keto, making a quick and easy meal for those that want to detox or shed a few pounds. New Year's Resolution? I think so, at least for me.

so you won't miss our future recipes. See you soon! Add oil to the heated pot, and then chop onion. I pressed the saute button and let the
pot heat for about 5 minutes before adding the oil.
Add the bell pepper
and finally the celery. Stir very well to combine all the vegetables
together and let them cook for about 4 to 5 minutes or until all the vegetables are
softened. Stir again, add the garlic, stir to combine, and let the garlic cook for about 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and the broccoli slaw. The broccoli slaw is optional. Stir very well. Add the cabbage.
Stir. Add ground pepper, turmeric, tomato paste,
and finally the vegetable broth. Add more broth if needed. Stir again. Cancel the saute function. Lock the lid, turn the valve, and let it cook
for 15 minutes on high pressure. Open the pot after a quick release. Add the salt, and stir very well. Add the lemon juice and finally the baby spinach. Stir very well and taste to adjust the salt
