if you want to sweep away extra fat exactly the way a broom sweeps away the dirt then this diet is for you [Music] hi guys today i'm showing the broom diet which is going to ward off excess fat from your body in just seven days this diet is rich in fiber which will act like a broom and sweep your digestive tract clean balance blood sugar low bad cholesterol and body fat and all these will help you lose up to five to seven kilos in a week so let's get started and know how this diet works start your day with a glass of warm lemon water and after 20 minutes have a plate of salad lemon water is a low calorie drink plus easy to make take a glass add juice of one lemon and warm water mix well and it's ready drinking warm lemon water on an empty stomach will boost your metabolism promote green chillies which are optional juice of half a lemon and salt to taste here i'm adding himalayan pink salt now mix all well and our high protein weight loss salad is ready it has chewiness from sprouts crunch from green pepper and sweetness from apple together they taste amazing green chillies add heat to the salad which will take your metabolism to the next level and promote weight loss if you have issues with digesting raw sprouts then feel free to steam them before making the salad [Music] next for lunch i have a portion of cooked french beans with a cup of green tea french beans have zero cholesterol and are naturally low in sodium they are a good source of vitamins minerals fiber and protein to make this recipe take a pan turn on the heat and add half tablespoon of coconut oil you can replace coconut oil with olive oil if you like next add 300 grams of french beans i steamed them first as then they cook faster and retains nutrition and color saute them for just two to three minutes and add a teaspoon of himalayan pink salt and some black pepper powder next add some lemon juice and mix [Music] then add two tablespoons of shredded coconut and one tablespoon of flax seed video i'm using flax seeds from nutrifish adjust the seasoning in the end and now our coconut french beans recipe is ready you need to have one portion of this recipe along with a cup of green tea green tea is known to melt away unhealthy belly fat effectively and help with weight loss in the evening have an apple or orange with a glass of salted buttermilk buttermilk is rich in proteins it comes to fat loss it has brown rice lentils and oats with veggies which makes it a very nutritious and satiating recipe all in all a complete meal this recipe will help people who are overweight to shed more weight and reduce bmi it is rich in dietary fiber keep you full for longer and help with midnight cravings to make the soup take a saucepan and add 3 cups of water [Music] then turn on the heat and add 1 chopped garlic clove next add 1 4 teaspoon of cumin seeds and let the water come to a boil next add 1 4 cup each of brown rice red lentils and rolled oats i washed all these before adding to the pan now add finely chopped veggies i have added french beans carrots and bell pepper mix all well and add two teaspoons of himalayan pink salt and a pinch of black pepper powder give a stir and close the lid [Music] let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until rice and lentils are cooked the consistency should be like this [Music] turn off the heat and add chopped cilantro and crushed red chilli in the end and our no oil weight loss soup is ready it is absolutely divine and right before sleeping have a glass of warm water it will keep you hydrated help get rid of toxins increase
