Here are some simple remedies that you can try at home. For this remedy, all you need is ginger. Take
some fresh chopped ginger, add to your tea and boil the tea. Drink this every day.
Ginger is very good for helping release gas that is stuck in the digestive system. This treatment is very very simple. Just chew
a few mint leaves during the day to make sure the food is digested properly. For this treatment, all you need is a glass of
water. Add 2 teaspoons of curd to this glass of water. Mix well. And you drink this 3-4
