Today we are going to talk about health and wellness, how to have a balance between physical and mental to have a healthier life. In next videos we will go deeper into the topic and I will tell you how I try to keep that balance. Trying to have a positive mindset, finding the positive and teaching even the mistakes or failures. Because we are not perfect and we must learn to get the positive of everything.

In health and wellness you should listen to the body, in order to rest the necessary time that varies depending on the person.

Try not to be stressed, is the key to cope every day in the best way. Try as much as possible to have a healthy life and diet. In case of eating less healthy, look for what you love too much and not abuse. Health is the most precious thing we have, and we must take care of ourselves from the inside out. It includes not only what we ingest, but also our thoughts because if we think the negative, we attract it.
Thinking positively and making the decision to be happy, no matter what happens, is the best decision. We change our lives for the better, lower the level of stress and improve our health. I learned that life is beautiful, because of all those things that happen around us and we do not pay attention to them. They are all so wonderful and have so much detail.
To be able to breathe every day, to see sunrises, sunsets, growth of plants and free animals… this are things that, as they are present every day, we do not pay attention.

But they are so perfect and well achieved that they thrill you while observing them carefully. Keep your mental and physical health, taking the deserved breaks. Do the activities you like best, but trying to make them as close to nature as possible, and away from technology. In this way, you will get a disconnection that is necessary from time to time.
