Hello and Welcome When the muscles and tendence
in your forearms are strained or even swell due to the type of injury it is known as
tennis elbow. Take a thin piece of cotton cloth and add a few ice cubes to it, wrap it and apply
on the affected area for ten minutes. Repeat this 2-3 times a day. Take a tea
spoon of turmeric powder, add a little water to this .

Mix this well to make a thick paste and
apply it on the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse with cold water.
